Service Description

This is a 2-3 day course, depending on the number of participants Dream Yoga Level One: Dream yoga practice begins with the understanding that the more present and awake you are in life, the more present and awake one can become when sleeping and dreaming. The ultimate purpose of this practice is to see it as training in staying conscious at the time of death and in making the transition from this life onto the path of awakening to your True Nature. This course will give you the tools and the know hows to launch you on the path of this incredible transformative journey. WHAT WE WILL COVER IN LEVEL ONE - How Karma, past-lives, day-time experiences affect the dream states - Practices to transform reality as we know it. - Prana: how it flows in our bodies and why it affects our dream. - Day and night practices - Practice of Natural light: a Dzogchen teaching, Lucid dreaming and other awakened dreaming states. Buddhist practitioners have understood for centuries that the illusions we encounter in dreams are the same ones we encounter in waking life. If we translate the Sanskrit word yoga as meaning ‘union’, dream yoga is the union of consciousness within the dream state. It is a yoga of the mind that uses advanced lucid dreaming methods to utilize sleep on the path to spiritual awakening.
